Terms of Service
The short version
- You rent software. You run it on your own Bybit account, under rules you set.
- We never hold your funds and never accept an API key that can withdraw or transfer them.
- We make no trading decisions for you and give no financial advice.
- Leveraged futures can lose money fast. You can lose everything you commit.
- You can pause, switch to paper, or revoke access at any moment.

01Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 0xSignals website at 0xsignals.com, the dashboard at app.0xsignals.com, the ingest API, our Telegram bots, and any related software (together, the "Service"), provided by 0xSignals ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, connecting an exchange key or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02What 0xSignals is
0xSignals licenses trading-automation software and provides the infrastructure to run it. Using the Service, you can:
- connect your own Bybit account through an API key you create;
- choose signal sources — your own Telegram channel, a third-party provider, your own script, manual entries, or our optional house feed;
- configure bots, sizing, leverage ceilings, pair filters, risk caps and exit ladders;
- have the software place and manage orders on your account exactly as you configured it; and
- review positions, trade history, refusal logs and per-source records.
The software executes your configuration. It does not exercise judgement on your behalf.
03What 0xSignals is not
- Not a custodian. We do not hold, pool or control your funds. They remain in your exchange account.
- Not an asset manager. We make no discretionary decision on any trade and do not manage your portfolio.
- Not an adviser. Nothing on the Service, including the house feed, ladder presets, warnings, statistics or demo calls, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade.
- Not an exchange or broker. Orders are executed by Bybit under Bybit's own terms.
Using the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory or management relationship between you and us.
04Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that trading leveraged derivatives, holding a Bybit account and using automation software are lawful where you live. You must not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where Bybit does not offer its services or where this activity is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions.
05Your account
You must give accurate information when you register. Sign-in is passwordless: we send a one-time link to your email address, so access to your account depends on access to that inbox. Keep your email account secure and never forward a sign-in link to anyone. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Account page lists every device currently signed in and lets you end any or all sessions. If you suspect unauthorised access, end all sessions, secure your email account and contact us at [email protected].
06Exchange keys and security
The Service connects to your exchange through an API key that you create and control.
- Trade-only. The key must carry trading permission only. Before a key is stored, we check it against the exchange for withdrawal and transfer rights. A key carrying either is rejected and never stored. Accepted keys are stored encrypted at rest.
- Your control. You may revoke the key on Bybit at any time. Once revoked, the Service has no access to your account and all bots stop.
- What we never ask for. We will never ask you to forward a sign-in link, or for your exchange password, exchange two-factor codes, seed phrase, private keys or a withdrawal-enabled key. Anyone who does is not us.
- What a trade-only key can still do. It can open and close positions. You accept that the software will do so according to your configuration, and that misconfiguration can cause losses.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Bybit account and considering a sub-account holding only the capital you intend to trade.
07Your responsibilities
- Choosing your signal sources, strategies, sizing, leverage and risk settings.
- Reviewing warnings the dashboard shows — for example, a stop beyond your liquidation price, or an order large against recent depth — and deciding whether to proceed. Warnings inform; they do not block.
- Keeping enough margin in your account and monitoring your positions.
- Complying with Bybit's terms, including its leverage, position and API limits.
- Your own tax reporting and obligations.
08Signal sources
Third-party signal providers are independent of us. We do not endorse, verify or guarantee any provider, including any channel connected to the Service, and we do not take a share of what you pay them. Our house feed is provided as one optional source and carries no assurance of performance.
Every new source spends its first seven days on paper before it can place a live order, and this window cannot be shortened, bought or waived. Signals are validated on arrival, and unreadable or ambiguous signals are refused and logged. These measures reduce errors; they do not guarantee that a signal is good.
If you connect a Telegram channel or push signals through the ingest API, you confirm you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
09Plans and payment
- Plans are billed in advance in USDT, paid manually. We do not store card details and do not auto-charge.
- Plan limits — including per-trade size caps, bot counts, sources and leverage ceilings — are described on the pricing page and form part of these Terms.
- Upgrades apply from your next signal. Downgrades take effect at renewal. If you do not renew, access to paid features ends at the close of the paid period.
- We take no performance fee and no share of profit.
- Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we terminate without cause under section 17. Payments sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered by us.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
10Referrals
After your first payment clears you receive a referral link. Each new subscriber who pays through it adds one free month to your account, applied at renewal. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Self-referral, duplicate accounts or other abuse voids the credit, and we may withdraw the programme with notice.
11Risk disclosure
Trading leveraged perpetual futures carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose all of the capital you commit — quickly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
- Leverage magnifies losses as much as gains. Positions can be liquidated by the exchange before your stop is reached.
- Nothing predicts price. The Service executes signals and manages exits; it does not forecast markets.
- Past results are not future results. Backtests, paper records and historical statistics may not reflect live conditions, fees, funding or slippage. Below thirty trades, statistics are shown as ranges because they are unreliable.
- Execution risk. Fills can differ from signal prices due to volatility, liquidity and latency. Large orders can move the market.
- Technology risk. Software, networks, exchanges and APIs can fail, slow down or behave unexpectedly, including during volatile markets when you most need them.
- Exchange and counterparty risk. Your funds are subject to Bybit's solvency, security, policies and any action Bybit takes on your account.
- Regulatory risk. Laws on crypto and derivatives change and may affect your ability to trade.
By using the Service you confirm you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and their results.
12Availability and changes to the Service
We run monitoring, uptime alerts and automatic restarts, but we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. If the Service is unavailable, positions remain on your exchange account; new entries and ladder adjustments pause until it returns. You can always see and manage your positions directly on Bybit. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
13Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing or any unlawful activity;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or probe, scan or test our security without written permission;
- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or provide the Service to others except as your plan allows;
- overload or abuse the ingest API, demo form or any endpoint; or
- connect channels or push signals you do not have the right to use.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it privately to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
14Intellectual property
We own the Service, including the software, design, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own trading during your subscription. You own your data — your configuration and your trade history — and can export it as CSV at any time.
15Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, liquidations, slippage, lost profits or lost opportunities, whether caused by signals, configuration, market conditions, the exchange, third-party providers or an interruption of the Service;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; and
- our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
16Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you connect or push into it.
17Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by pausing your bots, revoking your API key and not renewing. You can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where practical we will tell you first. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current paid period. Positions on your exchange are not affected by closure — they remain yours to manage on Bybit.
18Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
19Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting each other in writing. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
